CGA Property Manager

CGA is always on the lookout for new Property Managers. All you need to be a successful property manager is a California Real Estate License and motivation to learn. We provide all the training you need and you should be up and running and making money in your first few weeks.

Successful CGA Managers never collect rents or receive maintenance calls from tenants. All maintenance calls, rent collections and day-to day management is handled by our expert office staff. This leaves you time to sign new clients.

CGA Property Managers can realistically expect to earn $4,000 per month on or before their first anniversary. Some have exceeded this amount and some agents have done much better.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff of CGA Properties. The business and staff have been very professional and I would recommend CGA Properties to anyone whether it be to lease or to manage their properties.
