Rental Application Download and Instructions:

  1. Our online rental application is available for download in PDF document format. This requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing.

  3. Print out the forms, read "Application Procedure and Qualifications", and complete ALL of the requested information.

  4. An application fee of $25.00 per adult applicant must be paid in CASH or CASHIERS CHECK at the time your application is submitted. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. Your application will not be processed until the fee is paid. The fee is non-refundable once the application is processed.

  5. You must apply IN PERSON along with your valid photo I.D. at the address listed above. If there is more than one adult applying to rent together a property, only one adult needs to come into our office to submit the applications. If that is the case, a legible copy of their I.D. must be provided for all other adults moving into the property in order to process the application.
