3.) Finally there is a way for you to go online and get a rough idea of how much your property will rent for.
Go to the website www.Rentometer.com. Enter your property address and the amount of rent you hope to get. The website will give you an opinion of the rent you entered. Use this site cautiously. In my opinion it only gives you a ballpark idea of the actual rental value of your property.
