Thank you for your interest in our property.

To apply to rent one of our properties, please follow the steps below. If you have any questions, you may contact our leasing office at (916) 727-1062.

Each adult (18+) needs to Complete, print and sign the application and deliver or mail it to our office.

 Please include the following:

 a.) A copy of a photo ID  (We can copy for you between 9-5, M-F)

 b.) Copies of your most recent pay stubs

 c.) A copy of last years tax returns (Only if you are self employed)

 d.) Application fee of $35 per adult (must be cash, cashiers check, or money order)

 e.) Make Sure each applicant has signed the application or else it will not be processed.

**DO NOT SEND YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE - Applications received online will not be processed

**PLEASE DELIVER (OR MAIL) YOUR APPLICATION WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS TO OUR OFFICE FOR PROCESSING
